To movie bugs and music lovers - “A Star is Born” might be reminiscent of the most rigorous days of Lady Gaga in NY. It’s the 4th movie remake using the same title and plot. Yet, this remake mirrored the current American society and resonated with audience around the world. The Star is played by Gaga, the hottest Grammy’s winner 2021. This film is directed for the first time, co-written & co-produced by Bradley Cooper, who plays a self-destructive but talented & principled rock god. Most of the fabulous soundtracks in it are co-written by Gaga, and their original duet song “Shallow” in front of tens of thousands of fans was definitely mind blowing!

ABE, Kay was the 1st Japanese of Les Clefs d’Or Concierge Int’l in 1997 works at Meikai University. She has been in charge of a lobby ambassador & senior concierge at Grand Hyatt Tokyo for over 20 years. In 2018, Prof. Abe gave a lecture in a course of mine about “What is authentic hospitality? – Starting by doing what we can do in Niigata.” She shared with us the spirit of authentic hospitality. Anyone who wants/is interested not only in the tourism/ hospitality industry but who has not decided your future perspective will be able to acquire some hints from her books. You will love her writing! I am so looking forward to her next lecture this year.
